Concerning the "Dung Pie" trivia about Dark Souls I. The current version of the article states "Though not actually a glitch, Dark Souls players using Dung Pies to deliberately give themselves Toxic and become immune to the Blowdart Snipers's Toxic effect can hardly be considered a developer-intended use of the item. This game introduces Contact Medicine, an item with the express purpose of protecting you from Poison by giving you a weaker form of it."

It was actually stated by Miyazaki himself, in an interview given to Game no Shokutaku that developers were very well aware of the dung pie method to get through Blighttown, "We found that loophole with the toxic damages, but we just left it in, for a more in-depth gameplay.", "it was a popular way in the development team to beat Blighttown like that.". http://soulslore.wikidot.com/das1-game-no-shokutaku

How should this section be edited to reflect this state of fact? (I'm new to edition on tvtropes so I don't wanna do any blunder)

Honestly, you should probably either just delete the original passage (since it's obviously not true), or claim it as a zig-zagging trope; DS 1's devs didn't originally intend for the loophole, but chose to leave it in for clever players, but Sekiro makes it explicit even for players who might not have thought of it otherwise. Deletion is easier, at the least.
