I think this page deserves more attention, and I'd add more myself, but I haven't actually played the game yet, only watched a let's play. However, I did notice one thing that I thought could be categorized as either squick or fridge horror/brilliance; early in the game, you come across a buffet spread featuring such items as tripe, meat sauce, and uncooked sweet breads. now when you consider that part of the ascension involves tying off or otherwise removing the digestive tract, you begin to realize where those meats come from. Furthermore, the fact that you find so much old food with flies buzzing around it, one of which has a note asking who it belongs to and saying that the author of said note will claim it for themselves if it is still there in a week, you begin to realize the kind of longevity that the grandchildren must have, and you may start to wonder how long you've been there yourself, which segues into something for the ymmv or wild mass guessing page; Piotr was the truck driver that you crashed into during the opening cutscene. might also want to put in vaporware or something similar, considering the second chapter's release date was pushed back to January 2017 from late 2016, and still has not been released as of august, with no obvious news thereabout. I would appreciate some feedback and hope this game is given the attention it deserves.
