Would the "-senshu" suffix be eligible to be listed here? It's a circumstantial honorific, but then again so are many of the other ones listed.

Wait, the null honorific doesn't seem to differ between last name basis and first name, is there a difference? *confused*

Would someone mind clarifying the difference between last name basis (no honorific) and first name (no honorific) in japanese culture? I feel like this article doesn't really say...

The one for athletes is "-senshu".
