According to the Other Wiki, "In 1985, General Mills merged the company with their subsidiary Kenner; this new company, Kenner Parker Toys Inc., was acquired by Tonka in 1987. Tonka, including Parker Brothers, was bought by Hasbro in 1991." General Mills (a Minnesota Company headquartered near Minnetonka, MN) did NOT own Tonka (headquartered IN Minnetonka at the time) but Tonka purchased Kenner Parker Toys in 1991 (before being swallowed by Hasbro, nom nom nom.)
I always thought that Cookie Crisp was a Nestlé brand in my country. Guess it was distributed to said company. -alnair
