Okay, I agree with a lot of the stuff about Holly Granger. But...

her existence also retconned the fact that Hank and Dawn's powers were bound to them and could NOT be passed on to anyone else.

Really? Because it's not like Dawn was the first Dove, either. The power was passed to her from someone else.
