According to an article by TV Line, the show is cancelled. They said the company Hulu is done with the show, which isn't that surprising but a little disappointing. It wasn't too bad of a show but it left on a huge cliffhanger that may never be resolved now that there's knowledge on the show being cancelled. Then again I could be wrong and they're just announcing the show's third season later than usual but yeah, doubt that would happen.
