Double Standard Rape Female on Male: Not rape, but Missy's extended, forced kiss of the Doctor (and subsequently holding his hand over her bosom) could still very much be classified as sexual assault. The dialogue seems to suggest that it was written for laughs, though the actors succeed in mostly mitigating that and playing it as appropriately disturbing.
In the same series, we had the Doctor forcefully kissing Rory in "Dinosaurs on a spaceship" (male on male) and Jenny in "The Crimsom Horror" (male on female). Both instances were Played for Laughs just like Missy on the Doctor. I don't see the double standard.
