I've seen it once or twice. And I liked it, or at least liked it better than Bakshi's "posterize the reference films and call it rotoscoping" version of LotR, or the abominably bad Rabbit Test. At least, unlike those two, it's not the sort of movie I wish I could un-see.
Whenever the subject comes up (which it occasionally does), I describe it as "Roger Rabbit on a very nasty acid trip."
