unfortunately, part of the problem with administrative lock is that it preserves numerous typos for long-duration admiration... (eg "encounter resitance" — should be "encounters resistance" I suspect (encounters because it's _one_ of his armadas that _encounters_) ; "intends on" should be "intends to" (or intent on, but from context, intends to) - for two examples the correction of which would raise the overall syntax and grammar level of the page from very bad to rather bad but not quite as bad...
