Someone has been modifying instance of "To"'s name and replacing them with "Tou". Is this an official translation change? All of the official subtitles spell his name as "To".

Someone has commented out a few of the trope entries. Can I ask why this was done? I'm assuming an accident of formatting, because if not, the trope should just be removed (pending discussion, which obviously there isn't any of yet).
