I don't think Rarity's a good example of this. For one, the show doesn't really have superheros, and she's hardly the only unicorn who can do magic, so it doesn't fit the description of a normal person being given powers.

Its about using your powers just for the perks. The superheto part is just to give a contrast but isn't a requirement of the trope.

It should be "With Great Power Come Great Perks" because "perks" is the subject and the verb should agree with "perks" rather than with "power".
Or "Great Power Comes With Great Perks".
