I have an issue with this trope's name - I don't think it's particularly descriptive of a fighter with a broad moveset who relies specifically on a couple of them. This seems more like a subtype of Boring, but Practical. To me "Theme Deck" sounds more like a broader set of moves based around a specific topic or theme, as is seen in Yu-Gi-Oh! with the various decks that Yugi's enemies use, or decks built around a certain tribal theme in Magic: The Gathering.
EDIT: In fact, given that we have an article called Five Moves of Doom which is essentially this exact trope but that page is currently dedicated entirely to professional wrestling, why not merge the two articles and free up Theme Deck?
