If I may propose a new title, "The D is Silent."

I think this trope needs to be cleaned up. The description says this page is about symbolic orgasms (such as a candle blowing out or a foggy window smear), but many of the examples are just quiet onscreen orgasms. I think what should be done is that the quieter reactions should be moved to The Immodest Orgasm, listed as aversions (perhaps in a separate section). And perhaps this page should be renamed Symbolic Orgasm to make it more clear.
I think a new category needs to be created for modest orgasms that are indeed just that. As the intro to the trope says, not everyone goes into full blown screaming mode. Sometimes the plot requires the person to be quiet (see Enemy at the Gates) or sometimes the scene doesn't really require it (I can call to mind a number of sex scenes in TV and film - Luck, Dirt, Masters of Sex for example where orgasm is not depicted by someone screaming their heads off). In none of these cases does censorship come into effect. And I don't agree with Tuckercreator below that they should be considered aversions to the Immodest Orgasm. If anything, if they're going to replace orgasm with symbolism I think those examples should be moved from here into a category like Something Else Also Rises.
