Do co-stars who started dating well after working together, rather than "on the set" (Ashton Kutcher & Mila Kunis for one example) count as a subversion?

Is the quote really necessary? It seems kind of disrespectful at best—it's basically a paragraph long reference to two people who cheated on their spouses by calling the woman a 'slut', a 'homewrecker' and a 'bulldozer vagina' while happening to mention very briefly that they worked on the same set. There has to be a more succinct and less gross quote.

Aye, 'tis a bad quote. You can report it here.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard Feynman
Does Method Acting count for this trope? Where an actor gets so into their character that he/she/they end up developing feelings for their costar(s)? I hear a lot about those happening.
