A trope where a pregnant woman water breaks and she gets IMMEDIATELY in labour like she has painful contractions and the baby's life is in danger if she doesnt give birth NOW (whatever situation she's in) as if it didn't take HOURS or even DAYS to give birth LOL

Is there a trope for when a woman in fiction will always show EVERY concievable 'symptom' of pregnancy, (ei morning sickness, cravings, swollen breasts/feet) all at once, often before she knows she is pregnant
