What, exactly, is the difference between an Insane Admiral and a General Ripper? Is one a subtype of the other?

All General Rippers are Insane Admirals, but an Insane Admiral doesn't have to be a General Ripper. The Insane Admiral can have various...er...quirks that may or may not include being focused on an enemy to the exclusion of sanity. It could be focus on a pet project to the exclusion of sanity, or obsessed with an underling to the exclusion of sanity, or puppies to the exclusion of sanity.
Let's rename it to Admiral Insane or something, maybe?
