If a character is established as an Expert in Underwater Basket Weaving early on, and it comes into play later on because an imposter is not, does it count as Played for Drama?

I think it's fair to say the trope is played for drama if the discrepancy is played for drama (e.g., if it's a dramatic scene where the impostor's lack of expertise exposes them or causes them difficulty).
