mentions Il Milione as a nickname of the book, so I think there's nothing wrong with that.
Wasn't Il Millione Polo's nickname, not the book's?
By the way, I was the original publisher(under a different user name if I remember) and the only reason I published this under this title was to keep the wiki from confusing it with the video game.
