I've woken up to this movie and find it fascinating (from being repulsed upon initial viewing and only watching it again a decade later). That said, in the "real" world (Asylum "layer") Dr. Gorski states, rather ashamedly, that Babydoll "helped one patient escape".
Who?
Since we know that Sweetpea and Babydoll are the same person, and that Sweatpea does not have a body that could escape, to whom is Gorski referring? Is this just writer oversight ala' the discussion around Gorski's odd knowledge, yet disapproval, of Babydoll's lobotomy?
