Entries have to have a work page to be able to be listed on a Fanworks page. The types of fanworks you mention are allowed on the page if they are tropeable and have a work page made. It can't just be an external link to a youtube video, etc.
If you want to recommend a work without a page, then you can put it on the Fanfic Recs page.
So we can't discuss fanmade content on any of the main pages, not even Hoyoverse-endorsed content released in Hoyofest or implemented in their own web events. Yet when someone tries to add anything besides fanFICTION here on this page labeled fanWORKS, it gets deleted for misuse. A lot of Hoyoverse's most incredible fanmade content is in its various artists, musicians, and animators who pour their heart and soul out to put on incredible displays for Hoyofest. The videos in particular, animated shorts or just music, are what people flock over to watch again and again and again - and yet here it's almost completely forbidden to honor ANY of it except for the few scattered references to Xinzoruo I found in memes. Am I the crazy one, or is this a load of Wenut-dung? It's not fair to fans who want to find it, and it's not fair to content creators who want people to see it. We are not doing anyone justice by pretending the most spectacular portion of fanmade content doesn't exist.
