Either it's a Flat "What" or it's a Big "WHAT?!"; the two are mutually incompatible. (Unless there was more than one "What" uttered, in which case they should be listed separately.)

It's more than one. A big one following the flat one, meaning they should be listed together, as seen on the Doctor Who Character Page for the Tenth Doctor.
Adult Child has been renamed to One of the Kids. In order for this to be an example of the trope, the character's childishness has to be from or demonstrated by interacting with children. This example can be added back with context relevant to the trope if it fits.
