Added back the Paladin Danse example under Foreshadowing, with a few edits for clarity. It does seem like it's set up to deliberately make you question how he could have possibly survived it, because Danse isn't generally made out to be unusually tough. Other members of his squad had the same armor, and they got killed by bandits with pipe guns.
