I agree with hiding democratic Serbia content, since it seems to have gone missing in the current version of TNO.
As for Chetnik content, it gets a bit more complicated because they're designated to be removed in a future update, but still exist as of the Silicon Dreams update. There were previous complaints on the mod's Discord and on this site
about current content being removed for upcoming updates, which made the page unusable for newcomers. The solution to the linked ATT was to create separate sections for current content and upcoming content, which is implemented in pages like Japan and Italy, so a similar approach can be adopted here.
Perhaps a note can be included in the Chetnik folder, informing the reader that it is going to be outdated, while a separate heading is included in the collaborationist regime for leaders who haven't been implemented yet, but will be in the future.
I understand commenting out much of Brittany's content, since it sounds like a lot of it might get reworked, but I think that the parts that relate to other nations ought to be included, such as Laine, in relation to Heydrich's Germany, and seizing part of France.
To those it may concern, please do not unhide content that has been purposefully hidden, the democratic Serbia leaders for instance, have not appeared in TNO since the first iteration of the Unfinished Business update and the content is mainly being kept on here in case it appears in the reworked Serbia skeleton content. If you want to look at old page content, you can use Internet Archives where it has been saved

In regards to Chetnik content, it will not be a separate faction in the Serbian Civil War in the future so I think it should stay hidden as well (especially cause them being a separate faction fighting the Germans whitewashes them but that is another unrelated topic).
