My point is, wouldn't a Drama Queen be someone who goes through all facets of life with an overdramatic demeanor? Mr. Krabs can easily be relaxed and sometimes even fatherly (at least before Flanderization) in situations that aren't related to money. For that matter, he can even be nonchalant when he's stingy, like when he tries to give Pearl "pizza" in the form of dry biscuits with ketchup.
Well it was lamp shaded by Squidward in the episode when he was trying to get the #1 hat from sponge bob. Mr. Krabs cried and Squidward said "what a baby."
Hm, I guess we could we could add it with a "Depending on the Writer" (or "depending on the episode") disclaimer. You're right in that he's overdramatic and sometimes even a crybaby in the episodes that exaggerate his obsession with money. In the episodes where he's able to focuse on other things and give fatherly advice to Spongebob, he's not particularly overdramatic.
Why does it say there are no sapient snails if there were snails talking in Gary in Love?
Someone deleted the example I added for Mr. Krabs:
I do think he does qualify as a Drama Queen because he would cry and get so worked up over losing money. He lost a penny and reveled in drama when he lost $2 in the episode "Pickles."
