Once again, this page needs some serious overhauling. "Numbering" the present day Herrschers ceased to make any sense when they started appearing out of order, and especially because even if you discount whatever it was Otto and his Herrscher of Binding stuff was (which should still probably be mentioned), we still have a whole Herrscher missing from the number scheme even if the power itself was awakened. On top of this, the Finality and the Will of Honkai need some serious rewrites as the finale turned their roles completely on their head.

I've read up a bit more on the manga, and it seems the Honkai God is distinct from the 14th, who is called the final disciple.

I'm not sure we should number the Current Era Herrschers. While they did that for 1-5, they gave that up after the Herrscher of "Stars" appeared, and have since been referring to them by their powers rather than numbers. Not to mention, the numbering scheme is a little iffy after Otto went and did his thing in Kolosten, not quite sure what he counts as
