Two character archetypes I think we could add to this page.

The Self-Doubting Archer: An archer who often thinks lowly of themself, or are otherwise nervous or unconfident in their personal skills. Members: Castor (FE1/3/11/12), Neimi (FE8), Takumi (FE14), Bernadetta (FE16/W:3H), Alcryst (FE17)

The Cursed Tactician: A magic user who serves as a tactician for their army, but is cursed with a Dark and Troubled Past, typically involving a cursed bloodline. Though some start out as enemies, eventually they can be convinced to join the player's forces. Members: Saias (FE5), Knoll (FE8), Soren (FE9/10), Micaiah (FE10), Katarina (FE12), Robin (FE13)

Probably missed one or two potential candidates, but I noticed these trends crop up quite a bit when going through the series' history. Let me know what you guys think.

there might be some parallel between Bernadetta and Alcryst back to back, but I wonder are there more self doubting characters of other classes? Is it that unique a character trait that its only archers? Or is it like the skirt chaser that there's only one per game and it varies?

I can kinda see these but trying to think of what would be the solid traits that seem like a direct reprise rather than coincidence to avoid shoehorning?

Okay so I wanted to clarify as to why Elffin doesn't fit the Beautiful Priest archetype:

FE6 never mentioned anywhere in the game that Elffin is religious and/or part of the St. Elimine Church, and anyone that fits the archetype fully has that requirement (though I am unsure if Reyson qualifies too since I never played the Tellius games). Not even his supports mention it. Elffin also never interacted with Yoder, Saul, and Dorothy. I erroneously claimed that he doesn't use magic, before realizing that the music he plays with his harp can be considered such, but to preface what I've said, Elffin doesn't meet the one requirement for him to qualify as falling under that archetype (That is being religious/being part of a religion), therefore my point still stands.

If you disagree with this, you are free to place him back to "Characters of this Archetype", but I have already moved him to the section below it due to reasons I've elaborated.

Okay, now I realized that the name "Beautiful Priest" sounds a bit misleading due to two characters falling under it (Reyson and Forrest) being princes and (to my assumption, as someone who never played their games) not priests by class and/or religious/part of a religion unless I am mistaken. I think this archetype needs a rename so it sounds a lot less misleading, and Elffin can be put back.

Beautiful Priest/Prince maybe? Three of the characters are princes, and I had to put Elffin back because I misread the description of this archetype.
