To answer your questions,
1) It probably is a Shout-Out to Sannish...I am not familiar with D&D myself but you can add it since GRRM has a wide knowledge of fantasy.
2) As for Pree not being the Warlock...The Law of Conservation of Detail implies that it is him. He's the only named Warlock, he's described as being vengeful towards Dany and insulting to Euron...so you put that together and it would be Pyatt Pree.

Great. I'll add the shout-out. While I can see where you're coming from, keep in mind that this is George "Anyone Can Die" Martin. Look at how Euron's brother Balon died; falling off a bridge off-screen.
There are two things I'd like to double-check. First, I was thinking of adding a Shout-Out under Pyat Pree's folder. According to the books and season 2 of the TV series, Pree has blue lips because of a drug he's taken. This sounds a lot like the drug Sannish from Dungeons and Dragons — a drug like morphine if it came from dogs instead of poppies and one if its effects is to dyes the user's lips blue. The second thing is how do we know Pree wasn't the warlock killed by Euron and fed to the others? I would like to add something to the effect of "...assuming he wasn't the warlock that was killed." Would these two points be acceptable?
