Nanami is also heavily implied to still be pursuing Sorata (she clearly becomes embarrassed in Ep 24 when Jin mentions her coming back to Suimei High School... and Sorata). So to sum up, both of the girls are still trying and Sorata has not made a definitive confession one way or the other.

Yuuko also personally considers Nanami the greater threat to taker her brother away (although it IS simply her own opinion and thus subjective).
