I will point out that assuming that actual Lolicon is child porn is just willful ignorance, as U.S. courts have ruled otherwise. The whole legal concept is based on the idea that the children are inherently being abused to produce the work. Such an argument does not hold weight for drawn images.
And I use willful because it\'s quite clear that most people don\'t bother learning the actual laws because they find the subject repugnant. Anyone with enough intelligence to run a site like this has enough intelligence not to bow to scare tactics if they didn\'t really want to.

While I am not a fan, I have met a few, and they make a big distinction between the two. In fact, they argue they are not pedophiles since they only like it in the fictional form (similar to incest love.)
