At the moment, all that\\\'s been said is that there may be an effect on the World of the Living that is unwanted. In the English at least, most translations neutrally talk about an effect of some kind with only one mentioning an \\\"adverse effect\\\". None mention the effect is related to death and/or destruction.

Early in the manga, Ichigo\\\'s reiatsu affecting human souls, but none died. Captains also wear a power limiter because their full reiatsu might have undesirable effects on human souls, but that\\\'s not necessarily death/destruction. Ichigo may be these tropes but without more information all we know is that Kyouraku is worried about something that must not happen - that\\\'s so vague it could be anything from giving everyone in the world magical power to destroying everything in sight to something else entirely.

Early in the manga, Ichigo\\\'s reiatsu was having an effect of the humans around him. Captains also wear a power limiter because their full reiatsu might have undesirable effects on human souls. Kyouraku might be fearing death and/or destruction, but until we get more information, all we know is that he\\\'s worried about an effect of some kind that he clearly doesn\\\'t want happening - and that could be anything at the moment from giving everyone in the world magical power to destroying everything in sight to something else entirely.

* One early story arc in \'\'Series/StarTrekDeepSpaceNine\'\' featured Li Nalas, the greatest hero of the Bajoran resistance. He had chased down Gul Zarale, an infamous Cardassian war criminal, and then killed him, inspiring Bajoran rebels all across the world with his bravery. His return was expected to unite Bajor under him. Only it\'s a massive exaggeration. ** So [[MarxBrothers what was the infamous Cardassian war criminal doing in Li Nalas\\\' underwear]]?

The second-level bullet point doesn\\\'t contribute to the example. I\\\'m putting it here because it\\\'s funny.
