[[spoiler: The villain, Nizam, didn\'t seem like a major player. He didn\'t have any magic powers, so I think we should just make it so he\'s one of the Friends\' pawns. They made him aware of the Sands, and pointed him in their direction. The Friends were going to use his plan to reset time to establish a power base in Persia.
The Hassansins could be a snake cult that worships the Friends. They played a small role in the movie, but they definitely seemed like they were in league with them.
The heroes side is where this movie gets interesting. The holy city of Alamut seems like it could be a big player for the High Council. The way the Sands of Time work have some similarities to things like the Fairy Godmother\'s wand. The Sands of Time could be a powerful reservoir of good magic that all the magic-based heroes can draw on when they\'re in need.]]
I\'ll add all this once the waiting period is up. And man, from the trailers to Sorcerer\'s Apprentice, that one\'s going to be a big one too.
