** Another early example was Same Name, which originally spelled out the word \

This problem was fixed by substituting an ampersand. Strangely, AND sometimes crops up again in the modern day, but no one seems to catch on when they do.
** Similarly, almost all contestants pick N, G and I first if the category is Event or What Are You Doing? because those puzzles involve gerunds almost 99% of the time.
