I can think of [[Series/KamenRider Shocker Great Leader]] and [[HimitsuSentaiGoranger Black Cross Fuhrer]] as some of the House Leader (or perhaps director). And membership could include [[KamenRiderBlack Shadow Moon]], [[KamenRiderRyuki Kamen Rider Ouja]], [[ChoujinSentaiJetman Radiguet]], [[JukenSentaiGekiranger Long]], [[TensouSentaiGoseiger Buredoran/Brajira]], [[PowerRangersLostGalaxy Divatox]] to name a few... any suggestions? (Especially for the Ultraman and Metal Heroes stuffs. Zetton... doesn\'t seem to be too much of a BigBad quality despite beating the crap out of the original Ultraman)
