TV Tropes is, as the title suggests, about \'\'providing information by cataloguing tropes\'\' first and foremost. Attacks on series quality are acceptable, but only insofar as they do not overshadow the actual trope-cataloguing or start causing grief for the mods through edit-wars and the like. For instance, the {{Sonichu}} page was locked not because people were saying mean things about the comic, but because the entire page had devolved into an exercise in shoehorning in tropes in order to further attack the creator.
