!Pantheon Domains
!!The divine and private domains:

* Everspring
** The divine domain of The Divine Light (although all three goddesses have other domains where they actually live). The devoted followers of The Divine Light, as well as those worshippers who focused on no specific deity but were closest to them in philosophy, receive their reward after death in this domain; the nature of the reward, of course, depends on the goddess the departed soul was most affiliated with. True to the benevolent nature of the domain and its mistresses, only the grossest violators of the faith are denied entrance -- the domain has no form of punishment, so those who have truly fallen from grace are instead consigned to Hell to serve out their sentences.
* Neudaiz
** The private domain of The Guardian of Eternity and The Goddess Mother, which they share with their children (however, for obvious reasons, The Lord of Seduction never goes there anymore). However, due to his duties, The Guardian of Eternity only spends a fraction of his time here, usually what few days he can spare to \\\"get away from the office\\\" and visit his wife. Note that one may wonder why the god of time can\\\'t just \\\'\\\'make\\\'\\\' the time to visit his wife -- keep in mind that his job in the pantheon is specifically \\\'\\\'to keep people from doing stuff like that\\\'\\\'.
* Ru\\\'Aun Gardens
** The private domain of The Muse and The Absolute Scale. Unlike the other divine and private domains, this one can be found in the mortal world, given The Muse\\\'s and The Absolute Scale\\\'s affinity for human civilization. The nature of The Absolute Scale\\\'s divine duty leads him to spend much of his time here, where he can more intimately observe the goings-on of day-to-day life.
* Arcadia
** The divine domain of The Architect, as well as the homeworld of his chosen race, the Arcadians. As far as it goes as an afterlife, it\\\'s only open to those Arcadians who dwell in the mortal world -- the rare worshippers from other races would likely end up on Welgaia instead. Although he favors the Arcadians above all others[[spoiler: (having been an Arcadian when he was mortal)]], The Architect himself is also more likely to be found on Welgaia, if not in Sanctum, the capital of the Arcadians in the mortal world.
* Welgaia
** The divine domain of the Department of Public Works, although usually only The Architect can be found there (but The Guardian of Eternity is found there more often than he is at his home). This is assumed to be the final resting place of The Architect\\\'s (somewhat rare) non-Arcadian worshippers -- worshippers of The Guardian of Eternity who are found here are assumed to be on-loan from The Guardian of Eternity\\\'s main domain, Hell. It is also home to \\\"the Goddess System\\\", a network of divine servants that help the Department of Public Works keep track of the integrity of time and space. The domain orbits the mortal world, from which The Architect can keep an eye on the planet\\\'s well-being and monitor any disturbances.
* Hell
** The divine domain of the three gods of fate (The Keeper of the Chronicle, The Queen of Hell, and The Guardian of Eternity). It also doubles as the private domain of The Keeper of the Chronicle and The Queen of Hell, while The Guardian of Eternity just spends a disproportionate amount of his time here. The domain can be split into two halves.
** The upper half would not look out of place in any office complex or bureaucratic center. The devoted followers of the three deities, as well as those who adhere closest to their tenants, go there after death, but to work, rather than rest. The worshippers of The Guardian of Eternity aid in studying the timestream and analyzing the future; the worshippers of The Keeper of the Chronicle record all of the findings, maintain them in vast libraries, and collate data to send down to the Judiciary; and the worshippers of The Queen of Hell help prepare the case files and serve as juries and even judges in minor cases. Unfortunately for The Keeper of the Chronicle\\\'s haggard proxy-daughter, both her mother and her grandmother are decidedly lax about their duties, leaving her to basically run the Hall of Records by herself and help The Queen of Hell\\\'s proxy run the Judiciary.
** The lower half of the domain conforms to the traditional concept of what Hell is: a series of punishment chambers designed to carry out the sentences passed on the sinners and the nonbelievers. Most of the other divine domains have no form of punishment built into them, meaning that the dead who have failed to earn their way into their patrons\\\' realms instead end up here. As such, all types can be found in the punishment chambers, and the chambers are all built to punish specific crimes for each god. Those who have committed (relatively) minor offenses will be released after serving out their sentences, but the worst offenders are confined to the deepest pits, serving (eternal) life sentences.
* Greede
** The divine domain of the Treasury. The followers of The Absolute Scale gravitate here after death, whether to aid their god in running his portfolio or to continue their financial exploits in the afterlife. The Absolute Scale himself spends more time in the mortal world than in his domain, but he checks in from time-to-time to make sure that everything is running smoothly.
* The dragon gods do not possess a divine or private domain. Given that they are nature deities (in addition to their more obvious role), the world itself is their domain, and those who serve them re-enter the natural cycle on death.
* The Grand Guignol
** The divine and private domain of the Fallen Lovers. Both the structure and name of the domain were chosen by The Lady of Betrayal, who designed it for her own amusement -- although each area within the domain is tied to a specific deity, The Lady of Betrayal ultimately rules over the whole thing (whether overtly or behind the scenes). As a result, unlike other divine domains, both worthy and unworthy devotees are admitted into the domain, because it isn\\\'t immediately obvious to the unworthy that they will be punished. Like Hell, it can be divided into multiple parts.
** The Palace of Decadence is the domain of The Lord of Seduction (and, by extension, The Lady of Betrayal). Worshippers are treated to an endless grand ball, where sex can break out at any time, all the food, liquor, and drugs one could want are in free supply, and backstabbing is as much the activity of choice as dancing. The husband-wife pair of deities oversee the proceedings, but rarely participate directly other than to incite the masses to passion or violence. Those who have angered The Lady of Betrayal, whether by paying too much worship toward The Lord of Seduction or not enough toward him, are allowed to attend to the ball, but are forbidden from participating. Women are forced to be servants, always handling substances they cannot consume and made to perform sexual acts that they cannot take enjoyment in. Men are eunuchs, forced to watch the events without even being able to be stirred by them, and only permitted to join in the violence on the express authority of the Fallen Lovers.
** The Endless Battlefield, which surrounds the Palace of Decadence, is the domain of The Steel Falcon. Her followers amass mighty armies that vie with each other for territory within the domain. The battlefields are randomly reset, with the dead rising again to be redistributed among the victors. The more territory a warlord can claim before the reset, the more advantage they\\\'ll have in the next campaign, encouraging both ruthlessness on the parts of those on a winning streak and cunning on the parts of those at a disadvantage. The Steel Falcon acts as an arbitrator of sorts over the entire war, taking her private army to smash any force that has been dominating the field for too long. If a warlord can hold his own against such an attack, he may be invited to join the private army as an officer. The unworthy who find themselves in the domain are forced into the role of foot-soldiers, where they cannot disobey the orders of their commanders and cannot run from battle.
