NightmareFuel has a definition, which means there are parameters that still have to be met even though it\'s subjective. If someone is scared in the way the trope defines (see my previous post in this thread), then you\'re quite right in that they can put it on the page regardless of whether other people agree with them.

It\'s a trope page, but it\'s for subjective tropes and AudienceReaction, rather than objective tropes. The trope NightmareFuel has a trope description, which means there are parameters that still have to be met. If someone is scared in the way the trope defines (see my previous post in this thread), then you\'re quite right in that they can put it on the page regardless of whether other people agree with them.
