I'd say no as there's nothing actually disturbing about Anastasia's relationship with the protagonist and it's not unequal in any way. We have no idea of how Kadoc would react as he hasn't shown up in the story after we imprisoned him beyond fan speculation so using him as an angle to declare it NoYay falls into SpeculativeTroping
