They (and plenty of others; let's face is the internet is full of trolls who love to spoil others' fun) had an effect on the rating, but I'm also reasonably certain that it would've had a comparitively low audience score regardless. Maybe in the 60-70% range. I mean, VocalMinority or no, this movie has inspired some ''vitriol'' in the Star Wars fandom.
