Does the 28 seconds Ncis alternative universe fan fiction series, where the character who is called Tony DiNozzo in this this universe gets disowned by his father after getting Kate pregnant when they were 14, and then he gets adopted by a gangster (this all happens off screen by the way) from (I think) General Hospital. He decides to serve his country in the US Army prior to joining NCIS, and he becomes a member of the Elite Delta Force. If you don’t see why I think Tony is the designated hero then might I add that he kills superior officers he doesn’t like, and sometimes it’s justified he treats the idea of suffering the consequences of his actions due to the Criminal Investigative Division of the US Army as being orchestrated by the greatest evil in existence, and always gets away with it. Of course it has been a while so it might not be as bad as I’ve stated here, of course it could also be worse.

Does 28 seconds Tony DiNozzo count as this?

Does the 28 seconds Ncis alternative universe fan fiction series, where the main character is Tony DiNozzo from the show but in this universe he gets disowned by his father after getting Kate pregnant when they were 14, and then he gets adopted by Sonny Corinthios from General Hospital. He decides to serve his country in the US Army, and he becomes a member of the Elite Delta Force. Tony is the designated hero, because he frequently kills superior officers he doesn’t like, and he treats the idea of suffering the consequences of his actions due to the Criminal Investigative Division of the US Army as being orchestrated by the greatest evil in existence, and he gets away with everything.

In the 28 Seconds NCIS canon divergent AU fanfiction series, the main character aka
Tony DiNozzo in this gets disowned by his father after getting Kate pregnant when they were 14, and then he gets adopted by Sonny Corinthios from General Hospital offscreen.
Eventually he decides to serve his country in the US Army, and he becomes a member of the Elite Delta Force. If you don’t see why I think Tony is the designated hero then might I add that he kills superior officers he doesn’t like, and whilst sometimes it\\\'s justified (even though it relies on derailment of the original characters the author creates) and he treats the idea of suffering the consequences of his actions due to the Criminal Investigative Division of the US Army as being orchestrated by the greatest evil in existence, and aside from the part where he quits the army and joins NCIS after an important plot element of the third story he always gets away with it. He uses the speech made by Colonel Jessup in A Few Good Men to justify his actions.
