Stormbreaker: I'd class it higher than 4. Though it doesn't really do anything by itself. I'd put Thor with the Odinforce and using Stormbreaker as class 6. Given that it is forged using the power of a dying star etc. I'd put Stormbreaker innately at type 5, stellar scale.
