Yeah, but you need to follow these rules:
- No grammatical errors.
- At least 3 tropes listed.
- The tropes cant be Zero-Context Example
Follow those rules and the page can stay.

With all due respect, I looked at a page you created today, and saw a lot of problems. I'm not sure you have the experience required to create such a page. So I don't think it'd be a great idea for you to make a Penguin Diner page just yet.
