"Darnell Outed: Part 1" is the shoe one, but I think "Harassed a Reporter" is the one about the news. I will give that one a check. Thank you again for your answer.
O-k, turns out, that was not it. I will keep looking though. Fortunately, I have all the seasons on DVD, and I am a big fan of the series, so I will not mind going through much of the episodes.
It's season 2 Episode 12 "Our Cops is on"
Thank you, but I watched this episode and the other episode, "Our Other Cops Is On" and while both look familiar. I did not see any infant giggling toddling alone. I do not think the baby was on the street, but perhaps gavel, maybe outside of the diner area. I guess I will look into more episodes, but perhaps I am confusing episodes. Thank you for your help.

Hi guys, can you please help me with this? I am trying to remember an episode of My Name is Earl of where Earl, Randy, Joy, Darnell, and others are at the place where they have drinks. I apologize, I have not seen the show for a while, and news comes on the TV. I think it has something to do with Earl. I cannot remember what we see, but we see some random funny stuff, such as a giggling diapered infant toddling by itself on the street, alone for whatever reason, and probably some hippies, cannot remember much. I think this episode features Joy throwing one of her shoes at the TV set for some reason and asking anyone if they had a problem with it, and everyone said no, comically of course. I know this might not be enough information, but I would truly be appreciated if anyone can recall this episode. I would want to watch it again, thanks!
