Honestly, I think he was partially right. YOU can't Joss something if you're not the author. Saying you could looked arrogant, which probably set him off, and to be honest, his beginning and ending comments were kinda rude, but certainly not the "horrible, horrible" comments you insinuated, with the middle being expansion of the credibility and plausibility of the theory he was supporting.

Still there's the little note that pops up when you edit requesting not to be rude. His comments were quite rude. Reacting to what someone else wrote has been used as an excuse many times before to no avail.
I'm not saying it wasn't rude and I'm not excusing it. I'm saying that 1) he was nowhere near as rude as you're insinuating he was (he called you a Captain Obvious, oh the horror! and he said, correctly, that you can't Joss something. The rest was a perfectly sound response) and 2) you're painting yourself as a horribly treated victim here rather strongly.
And? If he did the wrong thing he should be held accountable for it.
I don't think so. The main page has to be mainstream about stuff. For a lesser known stuff it's easily forgivable however.
