While I don't really know about Interspecies Reviewers (this is the first time I've ever heard of it), there has been a lot of removing of entries for Reality Ensues due to trope misuse or trope decay. Basically, most people (myself included) saw its definition as "Whenever something remotely realistic happens in a work of fiction".

Reality Ensues is currently in the TRS because of misuse, but I didn't think they had come to a consensus as to what to do with the trope.

What's the link to the specific page/edit you're referencing?

EDIT: Never mind, it's this page, which was specifically cut by that clean-up thread.

I believe you're talking about RealityEnsues.Interspecies Reviewers, which has this explanation in the displayed cut reason:

TRS has decided that this should be cut.
