Anything in your list counts as Western Animation, except for web series, which go under Web Animation. Some pages have separate folders for Animated Films and just use the Western Animation folder for Tv shows, but that's not reflected by namespacing.

Is Western Animation only stuff like cartoon network and Nickelodeon? Do Disney films count? And adult animation? Web series? Animated shorts?
