I know this is not much to go on, but here are some sites that might help:

It is quite possible that monster is from another game. It includes monsters from other games, such as Hexen, Hexen II, Heretic, Quake, and Quake 2. I do not recognize it from any Doom game.
Studying the monster, it actually looks like some sort of winged robot with horns and swords.
Good luck.
Thanks, but I already tried looking on both wikis before asking here. The enemy doesn't seem to be from any of the listed source games. On the other hand I assume it's from a full game rather than some obscure mod since it seems to have full voice acting.
The voice sounds female, so perhaps it was taken from the Hexen II Fallen Angel? Been awhile, so I can't be sure.
I considered Fallen Angel from Hexen II as well, but the pictures look different to what I saw in the video. It might just be me, but when we see the winged demon, for some reason I hear "transformer", but that just could be my hearing.
The person playing the game also was confused by this enemy. He basically says "What is this? Some kind of Transformer?".
The enemy itself says "You'll pay with your life!" as far as I can make out.
There's this old Doom mod called Aeons of Death. It takes a whole bunch of weapons and enemies from many different FPS games and dumps them in Doom with little rhyme or reason. The problem is, as far as I can tell, there is no complete list of monsters in the mod, so identifying a specific one can be quite difficult. What i'm wondering is what game the green-winged enemy seen in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GV_RZkGF8ls comes from. It appears around 4:58 mark and is killed at 5:22. I never encountered it in any of my playthroughs and only seen it in this one video. Note that, although there are two mods used in the video, the second one (Oblige) is only a map generator and it doesn't add any monsters.
