The first one sounds like Verbal Backspace.
The second one is a form of Casual Danger Dialog or You Fight Like a Cow.
132 is the rudest number.
Two tropes in question here:
first, is there a trope for a character lying and then moving in the direction of the truth? as in "I invent for the good of humanity!...In thery i could use my inventions for good....someone else could use my inventions for good.... none of my inventions were specifically for evil.... OK, one was to destroy the world..... maybe they're kinda evil..."
usually someone else gives them a look untill they keep correcting it.
The second trope is another dialog trope: when a hero and villian are fighting, then begin to discuss their respective roles as friends, and/or give each other advice.
for example in megamind when megamind corrects tighten's fighting style and gives him advice on it. or once in Kim Possible when ron advises some villian on how to make better traps.
