Did this family included pigs and a duck, and was this animated? This sounds much like Tiny Toon Adventures: How I Spent My Summer Vacation.
I checked into that, and no. Positive the characters were human. For some reason, I keep thinking of Jimmy neutron. I don't believe this to be the case but I'm not 100% sure.
If it is not Jimmy Neutron, it might be Fairly Oddparents or some similar show. It is too bad that is not what you remembered, sounds just like it.
Are you sure you didn't conflate two shows? Because the synopsis you give is the plot of Tiny Toon Adventures: How I Spent My Vacation. Though there was at last one human character in it (the chainsaw guy).

That is what I also suggested. It is basically the same plot as given. Perhaps the family was not consisted of humans, but the cartoon does have humans in it, so perhaps the poster is confusing details.
Hell, it's been so long maybe that is it. I'll have to find it somewhere and watch it.
I found it, and confirmed it. Thank you guys so much for helping me solve this horrible nightmare. It's been so long my brain kind of filled in the missing pieces with something I guess. I'll have to watch the whole movie to see what else I forgot.
Very welcome, that sometimes happens when we watch shows and films, we would remember one thing and probably confilate it with something else. Someone else answered your query, but most of the time people here are quite helpful when it comes to solving things, only if someone could help me with my queries, but I guess no one knows them at all, even tried asking them on other sites. Anyway, glad I could be of help, and if you remember any other Tiny Toons episode by any chance that you have seen, but cannot identify, just let me know.
All I remember is one episode. A kid wanted to go to a cool amusement parkp, but his parents won't take him. Turns out his friend's family is going, and asks if he can tag along. Most of the episode is the ride there and is very torturous for him as the family is very dorky and weird. They finally make it to the theme park, but they only end up riding the monorail, which I remember is a bunch of teeth. The family plans on coming back next year to actually ride a ride. Meanwhile the main kid is dreading the return trip back home. I also vividly remember the main kid really excited seeing all the cool body themed rides as they went on the monorail and was distraught when he learned that was the only thing they were going to ride.
