Power Stone contains a Jack in green with bandaged face, carrying a couple of daggers. World Heroes 2 Jet contains a Jack which rocks a punk look with a mohawk and Freddy Kreuger claws. Not sure of either of those are what you're looking for.

Need help finding a video game I vaguely recall a childhood friend having. All I remember is that it's a PS 1 fighting game, and one of the characters was an evil clown named Jack who looked like a slasher movie villain. I remember thinking he and the final boss looked awesome, but can't remember anything else.
