Don't think that's a trope, since only Spider-Man does it.
No, it's been used by other characters to. For example the character Widowmaker from the game Overwatch does it a lot, it goes with her spider theme.

Yeah, if it's only the pose, I think it'd just be a Shout-Out.
There's Spider-Man Send-Up for characters who do more to fit the general Spiderman archetype though.
A trope where a character emulates a spider hanging down from it's thread. You know, like Spiderman often does.
